Privacy notice

Your account
belongs to you.

Private launch draft. The supplier and final privacy notice must be confirmed before customer checkout opens.

What this billing site stores

We store your verified account identity, name, email, coach or client role, coaching connection, invitations, Stripe customer and subscription references, and subscription/access status. We use these records to create and manage your subscription, link you to your coach, prevent duplicate subscriptions and confirm access to Strid.

Payments and sign-in

Stripe processes payment details on its secure checkout and billing portal. This site does not store full card numbers or security codes. You confirm your email using a one-time code. We store a secure session reference so you can return to your account. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; sign-in sessions expire after seven days. Codes and session tokens are not stored in readable form. Hashed request identifiers and short-lived request counts help prevent abuse. Verification emails are delivered through the email service.

Demo bookings and enquiries

When you book a demo or contact Strid, we store the name, email, coaching business, message and session details you provide. We use these to manage the booking or respond to your question. Confirmation and enquiry emails use the email service. Booking links are private to the recipient; messages and bookings are visible only to Strid operations. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through these forms. Hashed request identifiers help limit spam and duplicate submissions.

Invitation emails

When a coach invites a client, Strid sends a standard invitation email through Resend. The email service processes the client’s email address, coach’s name and personal invitation link to send the message. This site stores the sending status and keeps unsent message contents encrypted until they are sent or withdrawn.

What a coach can see

A connected coach can see a client’s name, email, invitation state and subscription access status. A coach cannot see a client’s card details or access their billing portal.

Records after cancellation

Account and billing records are retained as needed for subscription management and recordkeeping. Training records are stored by the connected Strid training system, rather than these billing pages. The final notice will specify retention periods, deletion and data export arrangements before launch.

Contact and rights

The Strid supplier is responsible for the account data on this site. The supplier’s contact details will be published before checkout opens. to request access, correction, deletion or help with your information. The final notice must identify the applicable lawful bases, providers, international transfer safeguards and complaint route for the launch market.
