About Strid

Good coaching deserves
a better system behind it.

Strid brings a structured training approach into a connected system for coaches and their clients. Its purpose is to support the fundamentals while creating more room for the human work of coaching.

Why Strid exists

Coaching is personal.
Keeping it organised
shouldn’t be so hard.

A good coach does far more than write a programme. They notice changes, understand the person, make considered decisions and help someone keep moving forward.

As a client list grows, the work around that coaching grows too. Training history, programme updates and feedback can become scattered across different tools. The coach spends more time rebuilding the picture before they can act on it.

Strid is designed to bring that picture together and give training a consistent foundation. The ambition is simple: support the work that can be structured, and leave more space for the work that needs you.

Our belief

Raise the standard underneath.
Give the coach room to go further.

A system should support your expertise and make it easier to apply consistently as your coaching grows.

What guides the product

Built around the realities of coaching.

01

The individual comes first

Training decisions need context. Goals, experience and a client’s circumstances should shape the next step.

02

Consistency matters

The training foundation should remain considered and coherent as sessions accumulate and client numbers grow.

03

The coach stays central

Relationships, accountability, specialist experience and professional judgement are essential parts of the service.

Who it’s for

Built for coaching.
Online and in person.

Strid is designed for professional coaches and personal trainers working online, in person or through a combination of both.

As your client base grows, you are juggling more programmes and a longer session history for every person. Seeing a client in the gym does not remove that challenge: what happened in today’s session is only one part of their training picture.

Strid is designed to keep programmes, session history, feedback and progression connected, so you can look back across each client’s training and make informed decisions without rebuilding the picture every time. You bring the coaching relationship. Strid supports the system beneath it.

Strid is a training operating system designed for professional coaches and their clients. It brings a structured approach to training, progression and client context, with the aim of making ongoing coaching more organised and consistent. The coach remains central to the relationship and the decisions that need professional judgement.

Professional coaches and personal trainers working online, in person or both. As your client base grows, the challenge is keeping each person’s programme, session history and progression in view, not simply delivering the next session. Strid is designed to support that oversight as the volume of training grows. There is no minimum client count for a coach account.

A workout app can deliver sessions, and a spreadsheet can organise information. Strid is designed to connect that information to an ongoing training framework: the client’s context, the work completed and the next training decision. The focus is the continuity of coaching, rather than a collection of isolated workout plans.

Your experience, communication, accountability and relationship with each client remain essential. Strid is designed to support the training foundation and make routine oversight clearer, giving you more room for the work that benefits from a coach’s attention.

The approach is designed to support consistent training fundamentals while leaving room for your expertise and the way you work with people. Before subscribing, check that the available training workflow fits your service and your clients’ needs.

£200 per month for one coach account. Your coach fee stays fixed as your client base grows. Each client pays their own £15 per month Strid subscription, separately from any coaching fee you charge. See the full pricing details.

The £15/month subscription is for a personal Strid dashboard, designed to bring progression, training stats, bodyweight, macros and meal plans together. It forms part of the client’s coaching experience, helping them stay informed, involved and connected to their coach. Full dashboard details will be confirmed before subscriptions open.

Your coach fee stays at £200/month as your client base grows. Each client pays their own £15/month Strid subscription directly, separately from your coach fee and any coaching fees you charge.

The fixed monthly fee is a pricing model. Your client base must remain within the level at which you can maintain Strid’s standards of personal attention and oversight. Coaching capacity requirements will be confirmed before subscriptions open.

When subscriptions open, you will invite clients from your coach dashboard using their name and email. Strid sends an invitation email with your name and a personal signup link. Each client chooses to accept, verifies the invited email and completes their own subscription. Sending an invitation does not charge the client.

The current signup route is through a coach’s invitation. If you are a client, ask your coach for your personal link. If you are a coach, start from the coach signup page.

The account dashboard brings together your clients, invitation status, subscription access status and your own billing controls. The wider training experience follows the coaching approach described on this website. Its availability will be confirmed before paid subscriptions open.

Subscriptions are not open yet. You can explore the website and signup process without making a payment. Checkout will open once the training access, onboarding and billing arrangements are ready; those details will be confirmed before you subscribe.

Yes. Manage your own subscription, payment details and invoices through My account and the billing portal. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Read the subscription terms.

Enter your name and email, then confirm the code sent to your inbox. You can use your usual email address, and browser autofill can help enter your details. Stripe handles payment details; a coach cannot see a client’s card information. The privacy notice explains the account information this website stores.

The aim is to make client oversight and routine training decisions more organised, so your time can go into coaching, relationships and developing your service. The benefit will depend on your workflow, clients and how you use the system. A fixed number of hours saved, additional clients or particular training results is not guaranteed.

Strid is a training system, rather than a medical service. It does not diagnose conditions or replace assessment and advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Coaches and clients should work within their qualifications and individual circumstances.
